Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

  • 11 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Quarter potatoes, boil in covered pot for 20 to 40 minutes. Drain, then add butter and beat well.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk and seasonings.

    Beat until fluffy.

    Pour into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
