- 11 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Quarter potatoes, boil in covered pot for 20 to 40 minutes. Drain, then add butter and beat well.

2Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk and seasonings.

3Beat until fluffy.

4Pour into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
