- 5 lb. potatoes
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook potatoes; drain, mash and beat until fluffy.

2Add other ingredients; beat until smooth and fluffy.

3Can add a little milk if too stiff.

4Put in casserole and put in refrigerator. (Casserole can be sprayed with Pam.)

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.

6Will keep for 2 weeks.
