- 8 large potatoes, pared
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- pats of butter
- paprika
Directions

1Boil potatoes in salt water until tender.

2Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, mixing well.

3Place in greased 2-quart casserole.

4Top with pats of butter.

5Cover. Potatoes may be stored in refrigerator for several days.

6Before baking, sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
