Make Ahead Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp. minced dry onions
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Mix all ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place in pans and bake about 10 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 5 minutes.

    Pack in freezer containers after about 15 minutes and freeze.

    Use as needed.

    Makes about 3 dozen. I like to double the recipe using 1 pound of chuck and 1 pound of turkey.
