- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 34 cup milk, room temperature
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Line regular and miniature cupcake trays with paper liners.

3In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

4Set aside.

5In a mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium for about 2 minutes.

6Add eggs, one at a time and mix until combined.

7Add vanilla and mix until combined.

8Add flour mixture to creamed butter and sugar in three additions.

9Alternate with milk in two additions.

10Fill baking cups about 3/4 full.

11Bake for about 15-20 minutes.

12Remove cupcakes from trays and let cool.
