- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 1-inch balls.

3Place in ungreased jelly roll pan.

4Bake about 10 minutes or until done.

5Cool meatballs in pan about 5 minutes. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

6Remove and pack tightly in 1-quart freezer container and return to freezer.

7Makes 35 meatballs.
