Make-Ahead Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place in ungreased jelly roll pan.

    Bake about 10 minutes or until done.

    Cool meatballs in pan about 5 minutes. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

    Remove and pack tightly in 1-quart freezer container and return to freezer.

    Makes 35 meatballs.
