- 10 medium potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. scalded milk (might be less)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil and mash potatoes; add ingredients (might be less milk). Place potatoes in greased casserole dish.

2Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter.

3Place casserole in fridge.

4The day they are to be used, bring to room temperature and bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until they bubble.

5Serves 8.
