- about 7 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 stick reduced-calorie margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) container low or no fat sour cream
- 1 c. low-fat (2%) milk
Directions

1Mash all ingredients.

2Place in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.

3You might wish to sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top of casserole.

4This dish can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.

5Bring back to room temperature before baking.

6It can be frozen, thawed and baked and will taste fresh made.

7Bake at 350° until hot and slightly brown.
