Make Ahead Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 105~ water
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients thoroughly and set aside to cool completely.

2Add eggs and yeast.

3Work in about 6 cups of all-purpose flour.

4Place in a large bowl with lid to contain. Refrigerate overnight.

5Make walnut size balls and place 3 to a muffin tin.

6Let rise 2 hours.

7Dot with a dab of butter on top of each roll.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until well browned and done.

9Makes about 24 rolls.
