- 1 lb. butter
- 9 eggs
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Use 2 bowls to mix this cake.

2In bowl #1, cream butter and flour.

3In bowl #2, cream eggs and sugar, then mix the 2 batters together.

4Beat well.

5Add rest of ingredients.

6Pour into a tube pan.

7Bake 1 hour at 300°.

8Increase heat to 325° for 15 to 20 minutes more.
