  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. grated gingerroot

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add next 4 ingredients; stir and cook 30 sec.

    Add onions, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender and lightly browned.
