  • 1 Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cups Peas
  • 1 cup Grated Paneer Or Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Boiled, Mashed Potato
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 6 Tablespoons Oil, For Frying
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Or Canola Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Pureed Tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander And Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

    Cook carrot and peas with very little water for 2-3 minutes.

    Add grated paneer, mashed potato, salt and a little garam masala.

    Mix well to make a dough.

    Make small round balls and keep it aside.

    Roll all the dough in the bread crumbs.

    Heat 5-6 tablespoons of oil in a pan, place each ball in the oil and turn the heat to medium.

    Let it cook for 3 minutes.

    Do not try to turn it, else it will break.

    After 3 minutes, turn the ball to other side and cook for 3 more minutes.

    Alternatives: You can deep fry the ballit tastes wonderful.

    Or coat the ball with oil and bake it at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until it turns golden color.

    Add the bay leaf, cloves, onion, garlic and ginger; fry until translucent.
