  • 1/2 small bottle Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1/2 bottle Gravy Master
  • 1 Tbsp. plain meat tenderizer
  • 1 Tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Fork-pierce meat and pour mixture over it.

    Best if marinated overnight.

    Do not use leftover marinade.

    This can also be used for London broils.
