- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 1 green pepper, chopped (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cooked pasta
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, celery and garlic in a 12-inch skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.

2Drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

3Stir in pasta.

4Heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
