  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 14 cup white wine
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 cups pepperridge herb stuffing mix
  • 12 cup butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place the chicken breasts in a long casserole pan.

    Place a slice of cheese on each.

    Mix the chicken soup with the wine and pour over chicken and cheese.

    Sprinkle with stuffing.
