Mama'S Corn Pudding

  • 2 cans yellow creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients.

    Beat together remaining ingredients and add to corn mixture.

    Pour into greased (buttered) shallow casserole.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes, and 350° for 20 minutes or until custard is set.

    Sprinkle with 1/3 cup bread crumbs.
