- 14 lb butter
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 egg white, beaten
Directions

1Cream the butter and cream cheese together; then add the salt and flour; mix with a fork.

2Make into 8 balls and refrigerate overnight.

3Roll out and cut into circle with a saucer.

4Fill with 1 tablespoons pineapple preserves; fold over in half.

5Brush with a beaten egg white.

6Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

7Sprinkle with powered sugar, if desired.
