  • 2 1/2 cup Milk
  • 7 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Crushed pistachio (optional)
  • 1 envelope jelly powder (any flavor u prefer)
  • 2 cup water (for the jelly)

Directions

    add the cold milk and corn flour in a bowl and stir togather.

    put the bowl on medium heat, till milk is about boilling minimize the heat and add the sugar, stir for 2minutes

    pour them to the serving cups evenly (6 cups)

    sprinkle some crushed pistachio on the top, then put them on the fridge, for about an hour

    after the white Mhalabiah colded ,, Now it's the time to start make the jelly

    Make any flavor you like, by the instructions on the Jelly's envelope, usually it gonna need 2cups of water.

    pour them on top of the white Mhalbiah, and put it back to the fridge.. for at least an hour
