  • 10 to 12 small yellow squash, peeled and sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced fine
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Saute squash, onions, celery and garlic in butter until soft. Add cheese and bread crumbs with seasonings and cook slowly until slightly brown.
