- 1 stalk celery, sliced fine
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Saute squash, onions, celery and garlic in butter until soft. Add cheese and bread crumbs with seasonings and cook slowly until slightly brown.
