  • 1 pound Ground Mild Sausage
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3/4 cups Saltine Crackers, Crushed
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 4 ounces, weight Can Green Chilis, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sage
  • 1/4 teaspoons Thyme
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cups Ketchup, For Topping

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except ketchup.

    Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

    Shape into two loaves and top with ketchup.

    Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.

    After 45 minutes remove loafs from oven and drain the juice from the pan.

    Return to the oven for remaining 15 minutes.
