  • 1 dozen MANICOTTI SHELLS
  • 1 lb GROUND BEEF
  • 1 WHOLE ONION
  • 12 oz CREAM CHEESE
  • 1 cup MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 1 tbsp GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 tsp PAPRIKA
  • 1 tsp PARSLEY
  • 1 tsp CILANTRO
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1 tsp PEPPER
  • 24 oz TOMATO SAUCE (CANNED/HOMEMADE)
  • 4 qts water
  • 4 strips bacon

Directions

    Bring water for boiling shells to a hard boil.

    Add shells and boil for 8 minutes.

    Drain and cool shells making sure the do not touch so they do not stick together.

    Brown ground beef and bacon with all spices/seasoning with diced onion.

    Add cream cheese and shredded cheese, cook on low until melted.

    Cover 1/4 in of pan with heated sauce mixture and pre-heat oven to 300F.

    Stuff cooled shells with meat cheese mixture.

    Place stuffed shells on pan with sauce layer.

    Sprinkle mozzarella on top with parsley and cilantro and sauce.

    Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
