- 1 dozen MANICOTTI SHELLS
- 1 lb GROUND BEEF
- 1 WHOLE ONION
- 12 oz CREAM CHEESE
- 1 cup MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 1 tbsp GARLIC POWDER
- 1 tsp PAPRIKA
- 1 tsp PARSLEY
- 1 tsp CILANTRO
- 1 tsp SALT
- 1 tsp PEPPER
- 24 oz TOMATO SAUCE (CANNED/HOMEMADE)
- 4 qts water
- 4 strips bacon
Directions

1Bring water for boiling shells to a hard boil.

2Add shells and boil for 8 minutes.

3Drain and cool shells making sure the do not touch so they do not stick together.

4Brown ground beef and bacon with all spices/seasoning with diced onion.

5Add cream cheese and shredded cheese, cook on low until melted.

6Cover 1/4 in of pan with heated sauce mixture and pre-heat oven to 300F.

7Stuff cooled shells with meat cheese mixture.

8Place stuffed shells on pan with sauce layer.

9Sprinkle mozzarella on top with parsley and cilantro and sauce.

10I love mine with more sauce than most.

11Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
