- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili with beans
- 2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Melt shortening in a skillet.

2Add meat.

3Brown meat, stirring with a fork.

4Add chili and water.

5Mix well.

6Season to taste with salt and pepper.

7Cook rigatoni according to directions on package.

8Drain.

9Return to pot.

10Add butter and meat mixture. Mix well.

11Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until thick as desired.
