  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili with beans
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Melt shortening in a skillet.

    Add meat.

    Brown meat, stirring with a fork.

    Add chili and water.

    Mix well.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Cook rigatoni according to directions on package.

    Drain.

    Return to pot.

    Add butter and meat mixture. Mix well.
