  • 4 large tangerines
  • 250 grams almonds ground
  • 225 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 large mandarin oranges
  • 6 large eggs

    Completely soft about 2 hours (pressure cooker 1/2 to 1 hours).

    Tamp out the excess water from the mandarins.

    Robot Machine shredded but not completely, just into pieces.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

    Pour one round into form(28cm).

    Bake in a preheated oven( 180C).
