- 1 c. canned whole tomato
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Prepare chicken by removing bones and steaming good size pieces (good idea to buy breasts and thighs).

2Dip in tempura batter and fry in hot deep oil.

3Slice each piece in 1/2-inch to 1-inch slices.

4Arrange on a bed of shredded lettuce.
