- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
- 1 green pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions

1Mix oranges, green pepper, seasonings and pineapple with juice.

2Add chicken.

3Pour into baking dish and bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.

4Serve over rice.
