  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

    Mix oranges, green pepper, seasonings and pineapple with juice.

    Add chicken.

    Pour into baking dish and bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serve over rice.
