Pecan Bars (made EASY!)

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls onto the bottom and sides of a A 9x13, make sure you seal on the creases!

    Bake for 8 minutes at 350F (180C).

    In a bowl mix the remaining items, pour over partially baked crust.

    Bake 18 to 20 minutes, allow to cool before cutting into bars.
