- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, well drained
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.

2Add juice; allow to cool to room temperature.

3Fold in sherbet and vanilla. Refrigerate until partially set.

4Fold in oranges; pour into mold. Allow to set overnight.

5This is very good made in a ring mold and the center filled with chicken salad.

6Serves 10 to 12.
