  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 medium head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 medium head romaine
  • 2 medium stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 green onions (with tops), thinly sliced
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
