- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions

1Snap off the ends of the asparagus.Arrange in a 10*15 baking pan with sides.Drizzle with olive oil.

2Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes.

3Sprinkle with sugar,salt and pepper.

4I have found that using other veggies will work.I have added cherry tomatos, small onions and red or yellow veggies.
