Ingredients
- 8 large eggs boiled
- 2 lb sausage meat casing removed
- 2 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 cup fresh bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil eggs for 6 minutes drain and allow to cool totally.

2Set aside.

3Remove casing from Ur favourite sausages and press together season with salt and pepper .

4Set up a breading station ,flour,eggs then breadcrumbs.

5Remove shell from eggs and take a handful of sausage meat ,wrap around the egg sealing the egg totally this is important so it holds together when it fries.

6Place wrapped egg into flour then beaten eggs then breadcrumbs repeat if needed .

7Place in fridge for an hour to firm up.

8Heat oil to 160C/320F place two scotch eggs at a time and cook for 10 minutes ,drain on kitchen paper and keep warm while u cook the rest.

9Slice in half and serve
