Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 spainish chorizo chopped into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 500 grams basmati rice
  • 1 can sweetcorn 200g
  • 500 grams passata
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 smoked dried habenaro( optional)
  • 250 grams water

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan ,add chorizo,onions and peppers saute for 2-3 minutes.

    Add rice and coat in oil ,finally add remaining ingredients mix well and allow to come to a boil.

    Reduce heat, cover and cook on low for 25-30 minutes until rice is fully cooked .

    Fluff up rice before serving and enjoy.
