  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

    Stir all items together until just mixed.
