- 1 12 cups mangoes, chopped
- 14 cup light brown sugar
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- 12 cup golden raisin
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 12 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions

1Peel and seed the mangoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

2Combine with the other ingredients in a deep 2 quart microwave safe dish.

3Mix well.

4Cook on high for 6 minutes.

5Cool, cover and refridgerate.
