  • 1 12 cups mangoes, chopped
  • 14 cup light brown sugar
  • 14 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 12 cup golden raisin
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

    Peel and seed the mangoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

    Combine with the other ingredients in a deep 2 quart microwave safe dish.

    Mix well.

    Cook on high for 6 minutes.

    Cool, cover and refridgerate.
