  • 7 2/3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 13/16 tablespoons mango Anmum vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 3/4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 3/16 cups mango cut into small cubes
  • 2 3/8 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Combine flour, milk powder, 20g sugar, baking powder & cinnamon in a bowl. Add cold butter and cut until it resembles a coarse meal. Add cold water and mix until a bit sticky. Set aside.

    In a bowl, toss mangoes and 10g sugar. Transfer in a baking dish. Top with the pastry mixture.

    Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
