- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 23 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mashed mango
Directions

1Mix Flour with baking soda, set aside.

2Cream Butter, sugar.

3Add the eggs one at a time.

5Mix in the sour cream, mango and vanilla.

7Blend till all is well incorporated.

8Pour into a well greased loaf pan.

9Bake 375 Degrees 45-55 minutes, or till done.
