  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 23 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mashed mango

    Mix Flour with baking soda, set aside.

    Cream Butter, sugar.

    Add the eggs one at a time.

    Beat well.

    Mix in the sour cream, mango and vanilla.

    Add the flour.

    Blend till all is well incorporated.

    Pour into a well greased loaf pan.

    Bake 375 Degrees 45-55 minutes, or till done.
