Mango Creme Float

  • 20 piece Graham Crackers
  • 300 ml Condensed Milk (Thick)
  • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Cream
  • 5 piece Ripe Mangoes

Directions

    Prepare the mango slices.

    Use a spoon to make flat round pieces of the fleshy parts of the fruit.

    On a separate bowl, mix the Condensed Milk and All Purpose Cream together.

    This will be your creme mixture.

    Line the bottom of a medium rectangular pan with a layer of Graham Crackers.

    Put about 2 layers of the mango slices over the Graham base.

    Pour an ample amount of the creme mixture on the mango slices.

    Line another layer of Graham Crackers over the first layer of mangoes and repeat steps 4 and 5 to complete the second layer.

    Freeze (time varies depending on your freezer), slice and enjoy!
