  • 300 grams Alphonso Mango
  • 50 ml Cold Milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Directions

    Take out the 2/3 pulp mango and put it in the mixer with milk and sugar and mix it for 20-30 seconds

    Keep this mixture in a vessel

    Now take 1/3 part of the mango pulp in the mixer and mix it for 10 seconds

    Now pour half of the mix mango of step 1 in a glass.

    Then pour the mix mango of step 3 and then again pour the rest half of the mix mango step 1.

    Use cream or vanilla ice cream to garnish.
