- 4 whole Hass Avocados, Halved, Seeded And Scooped Out
- 2 whole Mangoes, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeds Removed, Diced
- 1 clove Garlic, Grated
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Milk, Or More To Taste (I Used About Twice The Amount)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- Pepper To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
Directions

1Add the avocados to a serving bowl.

2Mash with a fork until it reaches the consistency you desire.

3Add mangoes, jalapeno, garlic, and red onion and lightly mix, trying not to break up the mango pieces.

4Add the lime juice, coconut milk, salt, cumin, pepper and cilantro and mix.

5Taste the guacamole with a chip and adjust seasonings as desired.

6Let flavors meld in the fridge for about an hour.

7Serve with tortilla chips!
