  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cardamom pods, crushed, optional

Directions

    In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, ice, sugar, mint leaves and cardamom pods if desired. Cover and process for 30-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into two chilled glasses; serve immediately.
