  • 1-1/4 cup Fresh, Large Diced Mango; (about 1 Large Mango) (thawed Mango Cubes Can Also Be Used)
  • 1-1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cups Brown Sugar (or Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste))
  • 1/8 teaspoons Cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Put all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy.

    This can be served immediately or put in the refrigerator to chill.

    Makes about 3 1/2 cups of Lassi.
