- 1-1/4 cup Fresh, Large Diced Mango; (about 1 Large Mango) (thawed Mango Cubes Can Also Be Used)
- 1-1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar (or Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste))
- 1/8 teaspoons Cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy.

2This can be served immediately or put in the refrigerator to chill.

3Makes about 3 1/2 cups of Lassi.
