Ingredients

  • 4 small wholemeal pita breads
  • 1/4 cup salt reduced tomato paste
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced into ribbons using a vegetable peeler
  • 1 red capsicum, roasted, peeled and deseeded
  • 400g can artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 80g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, roughly torn
  • rocket salad, to serve

Directions

    Spread pita breads evenly with tomato paste.

    Top with onion, zucchini, capsicum, artichoke, olives and Philly*.

    Bake at 200 degrees C for 10-15 mins until base is crisp and toppings are heated through.

    Remove pizza from oven, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve with a rocket salad.
