  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (dried is too harsh)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of two limes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
