- 2 cups fresh mango puree (about 2 large mangos)
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- crushed ice (2 handfuls )
- 12 small mango, peeled, pitted and sliced into wedges
Directions

1Place mango puree, water, orange juice, sugar, ginger and ice in a blender.

2Process at medium speed for 15 seconds or until ice is chopped medium fine.

3Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mango wedges.
