- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 1/3 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
Directions

1Combine raspberries and water in a blender; process until smooth. Strain into a small saucepan; discard seeds. Stir in sugar. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring often. Chill, if desired.
