- 500 g mangoes, drained and sliced
- fresh mango, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 14 cup boiling water
- 2 12 cups whipped cream
Directions

1Keep some mango slices for decoration, puree the rest.

2Add lemon juice and sugar.

3Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, add to mango puree.

4Fold cream into mango puree.

5Spoon into small bowls, refrigerate until set.
