  • 500 g mangoes, drained and sliced
  • fresh mango, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 14 cup boiling water
  • 2 12 cups whipped cream

Directions

    Keep some mango slices for decoration, puree the rest.

    Add lemon juice and sugar.

    Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, add to mango puree.

    Fold cream into mango puree.
