  • 1-1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat couscous, uncooked
  • 2 mangos, peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

    Mix spices in pie plate.

    Add chicken; turn to coat both sides of each breast.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min.

    on each side or until done (170 degrees F).

    Meanwhile, prepare couscous following package directions omitting salt and oil.

    Combine remaining ingredients.

    Remove chicken from skillet; place on top of couscous on platter.

    Cover to keep warm.
