- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
- 3/4 cup canned sweetened mango pulp
- 1-1/4 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 cup chopped fresh mangos Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09

1Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.

3Add mango pulp; mix well.

4Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.

6Spoon half the chopped mangos evenly into 8 dessert dishes; cover with half the jelly mixture.
