  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
  • 3/4 cup canned sweetened mango pulp
  • 1-1/4 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mangos Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09

    Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add mango pulp; mix well.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.

    Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip and cardamom until well blended.

    Spoon half the chopped mangos evenly into 8 dessert dishes; cover with half the jelly mixture.
