- 5-1/2 ounces, weight Crushed (canned) Pineapple In Natural Juices
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Very Finely Diced
- 1 whole Shallot, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoons Cinnamon

1Note: Preparation time does not include overnight refrigeration (for best results).

2Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, stir well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, preferably overnight. To serve, transfer to a serving dish and enjoy! We love this with a few slices of baked ham.
