  • 4 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 fresh mangos, peeled, cut in half and sliced Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

    butter evenly onto both sides of tortillas.

    Mix sugar and spice powder; sprinkle onto both sides of tortillas.

    Stack tortillas on microwaveable plate; cover with paper towel.

    Melt remaining butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add mangos; cook 3 to 4 min.

    or until heated through, turning occasionally.

    Remove from skillet.

    Microwave tortillas on HIGH 30 to 40 sec.
