  • 3 pieces red apples
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ghee or 3 teaspoons saturated butter
  • fine chopped dried fruit
  • food coloring

Directions

    Wash apples and peel off their skin.

    Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.

    Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.

    Add sugar and mix well.
