- 3 pieces red apples
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons ghee or 3 teaspoons saturated butter
- fine chopped dried fruit
- food coloring
Directions

1Wash apples and peel off their skin.

2Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.

3Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.

4Add sugar and mix well.
